awesome staffdirty floors
The staff at the desk was awesome at check in, breakfast and check out.
The floors in our room were very dirty. My feet were black. We were told, AT CHECK OUT, that WE were suppose to request attention for cleaning and towels. It wasn't done for three days, and I had to empty our own trash!

the hotel is close to local shops restaurants boardwalk and the beach it made for a convenient experience the room was super clean i also appreciated the extra pillows we requested and they were provided promptly plenty of seating was available in the room too
the room had a strong bleach smell i found it somewhat overpowering

the room included a mini fridge microwave and coffee maker it also provided coffee the bathroom was very clean and included shampoo soap conditioner body wash and body lotion these amenities added convenience to the stay

the hotel provided ample parking spaces breakfast started right on time each morning there is a practical laundry area next to the hotel access to the beach is direct from the hotel grounds

I stayed close to the beach. It was only a short walk. the main downtown area was also within walking distance, a major plus. the staff proved friendly and helpful .
i noticed some slight wear and tear throughout the hotel, but it did not affect my stay.

Breakfast included coffee and danishes for a continental option alongside tasty cookies the pool was heated to 80 degrees and open for a nighttime swim until 10pm. That was quite a treat even in january.
